Returns Policy – Debberies

At Debberies, we do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

1. Return Request
• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Always contact us first at info@debberies.nl or via WhatsApp at (06) 44 45 57 60 before returning an item.
2. Costs and Refunds
• Only the price of the returned item will be refunded.
• The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• If your order was eligible for free shipping (for orders over €75), but the return shipping costs fall below this amount, we will still charge the shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
3. Return Conditions
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return in whole or in part if there are visible signs of wear or damage.

4. Exceptions
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
• Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

5. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified. If approved, we will refund the amount via your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
